What is Somatic Movement Eduation?
This educational method, Eginton Alignment, guides individuals and groups into better body use. Transformational learning activities can include breath, touch, reflection, coaching, and meditation, in addition to motor movement explorations and re-training of musculoskeletal actions. Somatic movement education aids chronic injuries, optimal flexibility and coordination in sports and artistry, and ease and joy in everyday living.
