Body-mind. What does this mean? It's an understanding that the human body and mind are seen as a single integrated entity.

What is Somatic Movement Eduation?


This educational method, Eginton Alignment, guides individuals and groups into better body use. Transformational learning activities can include breath, touch, reflection, coaching, and meditation, in addition to motor movement explorations and re-training of musculoskeletal actions.
